For this project we had to lay a modified concrete resin screed to falls, so water would naturally go to the drains. We then topped with a polythene screed and finished with coving for easy cleaning and low maintenance.
This resin flooring was installed five years ago and demonstrates that resin flooring is a good investment and doesn’t work out to be expensive over time.
Epoxy resin floors are robust. This garage floor was installed over 5 years ago in a very busy work environment and looks pristine. It will probably still look just as good in another 5 years.
